This Payment Policy explains the payment methods, payment processing, failed payment handling, COD terms, and refund processing for orders placed on www.gangafashiontrends.in

1. Accepted Payment Methods

- Cash on Delivery, where available
Available payment methods may vary depending on order value, customer location, payment gateway availability, courier serviceability, risk checks, or operational conditions.
2. Payment Gateway and Checkout Platform
Our website is built on the WooCommerce platform.
Payments may be processed through Shiprocket Checkout and/or other integrated payment service providers.
When you make payment on our website, your payment may be processed by a third-party payment gateway or checkout provider. Their own terms, security standards, and policies may apply.
3. Payment Security
GANGA FASHION TRENDS does not ask customers to share sensitive payment credentials such as:
- UPI PIN
- OTP
- CVV
- Net banking password
- Card PIN
- Banking password
Customers should never share such details with anyone claiming to represent GANGA FASHION TRENDS.
We do not store complete card numbers, CVV, UPI PINs, banking passwords, or sensitive authentication credentials on our own systems.
4. Order Confirmation
An order is confirmed only after:
- Payment is successfully received, for prepaid orders.
- COD order is successfully placed and verified, where applicable.
- Order details are complete and valid.
- Product availability is confirmed.
- No suspicious, fraudulent, or technical issue is detected.
Payment deduction alone may not confirm an order if the payment gateway, checkout system, or website does not generate a successful order confirmation.
5. Pricing, Taxes and Invoice
All prices are displayed in Indian Rupees.
Applicable taxes, discounts, shipping charges, COD availability, and final payable amount will be shown at checkout or on invoice, as applicable.

Customers are requested to check order details, price, quantity, size, delivery address, and payment amount carefully before confirming payment.
6. Cash on Delivery
Cash on Delivery may be available for eligible orders and serviceable PIN codes.
COD availability may depend on:
- Courier serviceability
- Customer location
- Order value
- Product type
- Previous order behaviour
- Internal order verification
- COD misuse or refusal history
- Operational feasibility
We reserve the right to confirm COD orders through phone, WhatsApp, SMS or email before dispatch.
If COD verification fails, the order may be cancelled.
Repeated COD refusal, fake orders, customer unavailability, or non-acceptance of parcels may lead to restriction of COD facility for future orders.
7. Failed Payment
A payment may fail due to:
- Bank server issue
- Payment gateway failure
- Incorrect payment details
- Network issue
- UPI timeout
- Card decline
- Wallet failure
- Technical error
- Session timeout
If payment fails and no amount is deducted, customers may place a fresh order.
If payment is deducted but the order is not confirmed, customers should contact us with payment proof for verification.
8. Duplicate Payment
If duplicate payment is made for the same order, the extra amount will be refunded to the original payment source within approximately 7 working days after verification.
Customers may be required to provide:
- Order ID
- Transaction ID
- Payment screenshot
- Registered phone number/email
- Bank or UPI reference number, if available
9. Refund Method
Refunds for prepaid orders will be processed to the original payment source used by the customer at the time of payment.
For COD orders, refunds will be processed through UPI or bank transfer after the customer provides correct refund details.
Refunds will not be issued to a different person unless approved by us and supported by proper verification.
10. Refund Timeline
For failed payments, duplicate payments, approved cancellations, or accepted returns, refund will generally be processed within approximately 7 working days, subject to verification and applicable policy terms.
For accepted returns, refund will be processed within 7 working days after successful quality inspection of the returned product.
Actual credit into the customer’s bank account, card, UPI, or wallet may depend on banks, payment gateways, wallet providers, or payment service providers.
11. Incorrect Refund Details
For COD refunds, customers must provide correct bank or UPI details.
GANGA FASHION TRENDS will not be responsible for refund failure, wrong transfer, delay, or loss caused by incorrect details provided by the customer.
If incorrect details are provided, refund processing may be delayed until correct details are received and verified.
12. Payment Disputes and Chargebacks
Customers are requested to contact us first for any payment-related issue before raising disputes or chargebacks with banks or payment providers.
For quick resolution, customers should provide:
- Order ID
- Payment screenshot
- Transaction ID
- Date and time of payment
- Registered phone number/email
- Issue description
Fraudulent chargebacks, false disputes, or misuse of payment systems may result in order cancellation, account restriction, legal action, or denial of future COD/payment benefits.
13. Payment Offers and Coupons
Payment offers, cashback, bank discounts, wallet offers, or coupon-based benefits may be subject to the terms of the relevant bank, wallet provider, payment gateway, or promotional campaign.
GANGA FASHION TRENDS is not responsible for failure of cashback, third-party offer, bank offer, coupon rejection, or wallet benefit caused by third-party terms or technical issues.
14. Fraud Prevention
We reserve the right to cancel, hold, verify, or reject any order or payment that appears suspicious, fraudulent, unauthorized, or in violation of our policies.
We may share necessary information with payment gateways, courier partners, banks, legal authorities, or fraud-prevention partners for verification and protection of our rights.
