This Shipping & Delivery Policy explains how orders placed on www.gangafashiontrends.in are processed, dispatched, shipped and delivered by GANGA FASHION TRENDS.

1. Shipping Coverage
We currently ship across India.
At present, we do not offer international shipping. If international shipping is introduced in the future, updated terms may be published on our website.
2. Shipping Charges
We offer free shipping on orders placed through our website, unless otherwise specifically mentioned during checkout or in a special campaign.
We do not offer paid shipping as a standard shipping option at present.
GANGA FASHION TRENDS reserves the right to modify shipping charges, free shipping eligibility, COD availability, or shipping rules at any time.
3. Order Processing Time
After an order is successfully placed, we process the order for confirmation, packing and dispatch.
Average dispatch time is 5–7 days from order confirmation.
Dispatch time may vary due to:

- Payment confirmation
- COD verification
- Order volume
- Public holidays
- Operational delays
- Courier pickup delays
- Weather or transport disruptions

4. Courier Partners
We ship orders through Shiprocket and various courier partners, including but not limited to:
- Blue Dart
- Delhivery
- India Post
- Shiprocket courier network
- Other major courier partners in India
The courier partner for a particular order may be selected based on PIN code serviceability, shipping route, product type, courier availability, delivery speed, and operational suitability.
Customers cannot always select a specific courier partner unless such option is specifically provided on the website.
5. Delivery Timeline
Delivery timeline depends on the customer’s location, courier serviceability, and logistics conditions.
After dispatch, delivery may take additional time depending on:
- City and state
- PIN code serviceability
- Distance from dispatch location
- Courier partner
- Local courier operations
- Holidays
- Weather conditions
- Transport issues
- Regional restrictions
- Force majeure events
Delivery timelines shown on the website, tracking page, checkout page, WhatsApp message, email, SMS, or courier website are estimates and not guaranteed delivery dates.
6. Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, tracking details may be shared through one or more of the following:

Customers are requested to track their shipment regularly and remain available to receive the order.
7. Delivery Address
Customers must provide a complete and accurate delivery address while placing the order.
The delivery address should include:

- Landmark, where needed

- PIN code
- Active phone number
- Alternate phone number, where available
GANGA FASHION TRENDS will not be responsible for delivery failure, delay, return-to-origin, or wrong delivery caused by incorrect, incomplete, outdated, or unreachable customer details.
8. Change of Delivery Address
Address changes may be possible only before dispatch.
Once an order has been dispatched, address change depends on courier feasibility and may not be possible.

9. Delivery Attempts
Courier partners usually make delivery attempts as per their internal process.
If the customer is unavailable, does not answer calls, refuses delivery, provides wrong address, or fails to collect the package, the order may be marked undelivered or returned to origin.
In such cases, GANGA FASHION TRENDS shall not be responsible for delivery failure caused by customer-side issues.
For prepaid orders returned due to customer-side failure, refund or re-shipment may be processed after deducting applicable shipping, return shipping, RTO, handling, or other operational charges, where applicable.
For COD orders refused or not accepted, we may restrict or disable COD facility for future orders.
10. Delivery Delay
We try to dispatch and deliver orders within the estimated timeline. However, delays may occur due to reasons beyond our control.
Possible reasons include:
- Courier delay
- Weather conditions
- Flood, fire, natural disaster
- Strikes or transport issues
- Lockdown or government restriction
- Public holidays
- High festive season load
- Incorrect address or phone number
- Customer unavailability
- Non-serviceable location

In case of delay, we may inform customers through WhatsApp, email, or SMS.
A delay in delivery does not automatically qualify an order for cancellation after dispatch. Once dispatched, the order will be handled as per our Return, Exchange & Refund Policy, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
11. COD Orders
Cash on Delivery may be available for eligible orders and serviceable PIN codes.
COD availability may depend on:
- Customer location
- Courier serviceability
- Product type

- Internal verification
- Courier restrictions
We may verify COD orders through WhatsApp, phone, email or SMS before dispatch.
COD orders may be cancelled if verification fails or if customer details appear incomplete, incorrect or suspicious.
12. Damaged Package at Delivery
If the outer package appears tampered, heavily damaged, opened, wet, torn, or suspicious at the time of delivery, the customer should:
- Take clear photos of the package.
- Record an unboxing video before opening.
- Inform us immediately.
- Avoid using, washing, altering, or removing product tags.
For damaged, defective, or wrong product claims, a complete unboxing video is mandatory as per our Return, Exchange & Refund Policy.
13. Partial Shipments
In some cases, orders containing multiple items may be shipped separately due to availability, packaging, courier limitations, or operational reasons.
Customers may receive separate tracking details for separate shipments.
14. Shipping Restrictions
We reserve the right to cancel or hold orders where:
- PIN code is not serviceable
- Courier pickup or delivery is unavailable
- Address appears incorrect or incomplete
- Customer cannot be contacted
- COD verification fails
- Order appears suspicious
- Force majeure or operational issue prevents dispatch
- Product becomes unavailable before dispatch
For prepaid orders cancelled by us, refund will be processed as per our Payment Policy and Cancellation Policy.
15. Risk of Loss
Risk of loss or damage passes to the customer after successful delivery of the product at the address provided by the customer, subject to applicable law.
Customers are requested to inspect the package immediately upon delivery and report any issue within the timeline mentioned in our Return, Exchange & Refund Policy.
