6. Orders and Acceptance

7. Order Cancellation by GANGA FASHION TRENDS

We may cancel an order due to:

  • Non-serviceable PIN code
  • Suspected fraud
  • Misuse of COD
  • Misuse of coupon or offer
  • Technical error
  • Courier restrictions

If a prepaid order is cancelled by us, refund will be processed to the original payment source as per our Payment Policy and Cancellation Policy.

8. Customer Cancellation

Customers may cancel an order only before dispatch.

Once an order is dispatched, it cannot be cancelled. After dispatch, any request will be handled as per our Return, Exchange & Refund Policy.

For prepaid orders cancelled before dispatch, refund will be processed to the original payment source within approximately 7 working days.

9. Shipping and Delivery

We ship orders across India through Shiprocket and various courier partners including Blue Dart, Delhivery, India Post, and other major courier partners.

Average dispatch time is 5–7 days from order confirmation, subject to product availability, payment confirmation, COD verification, operational conditions, and courier pickup.

Delivery timelines may vary depending on customer location, courier serviceability, weather, holidays, local restrictions, natural events, strikes, logistics delays, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Shipping and delivery shall be governed by our Shipping & Delivery Policy.

10. Payment Terms

We accept payment through:

  • UPI
  • Debit card
  • Credit card
  • Net banking
  • Wallets
  • COD, where available

Payments are processed through Shiprocket Checkout and/or other payment service providers integrated with our WooCommerce website.

Customers must not share OTP, UPI PIN, card CVV, banking password, or sensitive payment credentials with anyone.

Payment failures, duplicate payments, refunds, and payment disputes shall be handled as per our Payment Policy.

11. COD Terms

COD availability may depend on:

  • Customer PIN code
  • Product category
  • Order value
  • Courier serviceability
  • Previous order history
  • Internal risk checks
  • COD misuse or refusal history

We reserve the right to verify COD orders by phone, WhatsApp, SMS, or email before dispatch.

We may cancel COD orders if customer verification fails or if the order appears suspicious, incomplete, or non-serviceable.

Repeated refusal of COD orders may result in restriction of COD facility for future orders.

12. Return, Exchange and Refund

Returns, exchanges, and refunds are governed by our Return, Exchange & Refund Policy.

Customers must raise return or exchange requests within 48 hours from the date/time of delivery.

Products must be unused, unwashed, undamaged, with original tags and packaging intact.

Sale and discounted items are not returnable or exchangeable except where the product delivered is damaged, defective, or wrong due to our error.

Exchange is allowed only once per order/product.

13. Offers, Discounts and Coupons

Offers, discounts, coupon codes, promotional schemes, and sale campaigns are subject to specific terms and may be changed, withdrawn, suspended, or cancelled at any time.

Coupon misuse is strictly prohibited.
