Cancellation Policy

This Cancellation Policy explains when and how an order placed on www.gangafashiontrends.in can be cancelled.

By placing an order on our website, you agree to this Cancellation Policy.

1. Cancellation by Customer

Customers may cancel an order only before the order has been dispatched.

Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.

After dispatch, any request related to the order will be handled as per our Return, Exchange & Refund Policy.

2. How to Request Cancellation

To request cancellation before dispatch, customers should contact us immediately through:

Please provide:

  • Order ID
  • Customer name
  • Registered phone number/email
  • Reason for cancellation

A cancellation request will be considered only after we verify the order status.

3. Cancellation Before Dispatch

If the cancellation request is received before dispatch and the order has not yet been handed over to the courier partner, we may approve the cancellation.

For approved prepaid cancellations, refund will be processed to the original payment source within approximately 7 working days.

For COD orders cancelled before dispatch, no refund is applicable because no payment has been collected.

4. Cancellation After Dispatch

Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.

Customers are requested not to refuse delivery without contacting us.

Refusal of delivery, repeated COD rejection, or non-acceptance of orders may result in restriction of COD facility or other order limitations in the future.

After delivery, eligible return or exchange requests will be governed by our Return, Exchange & Refund Policy.

5. Cancellation by GANGA FASHION TRENDS

GANGA FASHION TRENDS reserves the right to cancel an order before dispatch due to:

  • Product unavailability
  • Stock error
  • Pricing error
  • Product listing error
  • Payment failure
  • Payment not confirmed
  • COD verification failure
  • Incorrect or incomplete customer information
  • Non-serviceable delivery location
  • Courier service issue
  • Suspicious or fraudulent order
  • Misuse of coupon, offer or COD
  • Technical error
  • Force majeure event
  • Any other operational or business reason

If a prepaid order is cancelled by us, refund will be processed to the original payment source as per our Payment Policy.

6. Prepaid Order Refund After Cancellation

For prepaid orders cancelled before dispatch, refund will be processed to the original payment source within approximately 7 working days.

Actual credit to the customer’s bank account, card, wallet, or UPI account may depend on the payment gateway, bank, wallet provider, or payment service provider.

GANGA FASHION TRENDS will not be responsible for delays caused by banks, payment gateways, incorrect payment details, technical errors, or third-party systems.

7. Failed or Duplicate Payment

If payment is deducted but the order is not confirmed, or if duplicate payment is made, the amount will be refunded to the original payment source within approximately 7 working days after verification.

Customers should contact us with:

  • Payment screenshot
  • Transaction ID
  • Order ID, if generated
  • Registered phone number/email

8. No Cancellation Charges

We do not impose standard cancellation charges for customer cancellations before dispatch.

However, GANGA FASHION TRENDS reserves the right to take appropriate action in cases of repeated misuse, fraudulent orders, fake COD orders, or intentional abuse of the ordering system.

9. Cancellation During Sale or Offers

Orders placed during sale, discount, festival promotion, or special offer are also cancellable only before dispatch.

Once dispatched, such orders cannot be cancelled. Sale and discounted items are not returnable or exchangeable except where the product delivered is damaged, defective, or wrong due to our error, as stated in our Return, Exchange & Refund Policy.
